We want you to love your Avocado products, which is why we offer a 365-night sleep trial for mattresses and a 100-night trial for bedding. If you aren't completely satisfied, we'll help you arrange a return or donation for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team via our support portal or email once you have completed the required minimum 30-night break-in period.

  Verification and Review

  Provide your order number and photos of the product to verify its condition; items must be clean and undamaged to qualify for a return.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For mattresses and furniture, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the item from your home at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed or the returned item is received at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
